The Terms of Use govern the relationship between you and Shenzhen Lianna Home Decorations Co., Ltd. ("Lianna" or "we") regarding your use of the Lianna games, website and related services, including all information, text, graphics, software and services available to you. By using the website and the services it offers, downloading any software or browsing the website, and downloading any Lianna mobile game from the app store or playing the web version of the game, you accept the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, please do not use the website and/or download and/or play any of our games.

If the user is under the age of 13 (or the legal minimum age of majority in your country), "you" or "your" refers to the parent or legal guardian who agrees to this Agreement on behalf of the user. You or anyone under your supervision may use the Services only if you are over the minimum age rating applicable to the Services. Minors under the age of 13 (or the legal age of majority in your country) must have their parents or guardians review, interpret, and agree to this Agreement on their behalf.

You are legally and financially responsible for all of your actions when using or accessing the Services. Code of Conduct

You acknowledge and agree that if Lianna finds that you have violated user conduct in its sole discretion, you may no longer be able to access the offending items and/or Lianna reserves the right to take action, which may include terminating your account and prohibiting you from using the Service in whole or in part.

Make sure you do not do the following when using our services:

- Transmit or post any content or use language that is considered offensive, including but not limited to harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, pornographic, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable content or language;

- Post any other user's personal information in the game and/or any game-related service without the user's express written consent, except that users can convey their own personal information;

- Infringe any party's contractual, personal, intellectual property or other rights, or promote or constitute illegal activities;

- Sell Lianna's game or any part thereof, including but not limited to virtual currency or virtual items, user accounts and/or access to user accounts, to any party in exchange for real money or items and/or services with monetary value;

- Engage in cheating or any other fraudulent activity that Lianna believes conflicts with the spirit of the game;

We reserve the right to take action at any time, which may include terminating your account and prohibiting you from using the Service in whole or in part (including, without limitation, deleting your account), if we have reason to believe that you have violated or breached any of these Terms. If we suspend or terminate your account, you will not have any further access to your account and/or any content associated therewith. As stated above, Lianna and third-party e-commerce payment providers will not refund you for Virtual Currency or Virtual Items earned, developed or purchased in-game.

Refund

Once a user purchases and successfully uses a virtual product, the product is deemed to have been consumed. Due to the special nature of virtual products, the company does not provide any form of refund service.

We recommend that users fully consider and confirm their needs before completing the purchase.

Please read and understand the contents of these terms carefully before purchasing virtual goods. The purchase of virtual goods by users indicates that they fully understand and accept these terms and thus waive any right to a refund.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You and Lianna agree that if any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part under any applicable local law or court, it shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability, and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Supplemental Policies

-Independence of Terms: Each part of these Terms of Use is independent of each other. If one part is invalid, it will not affect the validity of the other parts.

-No waiver of Rights: Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
